Though we test each Spacewinder for any issues before sending out, returns will be accepted for a full refund, including shipping and handeling, if the product arrives to you dammaged.  Simply take a picture and/or video of the problem and email it to us.  Then return the dammaged product and a new one will be shipped to you ASAP.

Retruns accepted for a full refund minus shipping and handeling if retruned for any other reason, and must be in working, new condition.
